The Membership & Communications Committee informs non-members about the benefits of becoming a chapter member through formal presentations, casual conversations, and written communications. We also work to actively engage members in building the organization and guiding its direction. Chair - Maria Luisa Riviere

Maria-Luisa. Rivière AIA LEED AP is an Associate architect at Flad Architects, Gainesville, Florida. She has over 15 years of diversified experience in various phases of planning/design, project management, and client relations on projects including healthcare, educational, commercial, historical restorations, and civic facilities. She is been LEED AP since 2006 and she is the LEED coordinator for the Flad office in Gainesville. She has documented and submitted projects for LEED certification. Maria-Luisa is the current Chair of the Programs Committee at the USGBC Heart of Florida Chapter.
